The neighbour asked to send this message out to the membership in the hope this does not happen again or this neighbour along with a few more residents on the street will go to the parking authorities. If there is a shortage of parking spaces the parking lot behind Court 8 is available to use. UPCOMING EVENTS Canada Day Social– Saturday, July 1 , 10 am – 1 pm, Barbecue for Lunch, $10 , Wear Red and White, All Levels of Play are Welcome 45+ Doubles Club Championship– Thursday, July 6 – Sunday, July 9, $15, Sign up by Monday, July 3 Interclub Mixed Doubles Social with Fort Erie– Sunday, July 9, 1 pm – 3 pm, Level 3.5 -4.0 , Pizza after play, 6 women and 6 men and 6 for wait list required. Niagara Slam Regional Tennis Championships at Fort Erie Tennis Club Mens and Ladies Doubles events will be held from July 17 – 23 Mens and Ladies Singles and Mixed Doubles events will take place from July 24 – 30 A minimum of 2 matches are guaranteed per event. $2,000 in tournament prize money is being awarded for the Niagara Region’s 2-week Grand Slam Regional Tennis Championships which drew close to 200 entries last year as well as the year before, the tournament committee is planning out the logistics to live stream key tournament matches as they take place.
