DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]\nOktoberfest Regional Doubles Tournament\nWednesday\, September 30th – Sunday\, October 4th\, 2026\nMen’s\, Womens and Mixed Doubles Divisions \n  \n\nEVENTS:\n\nOpen Division: Mens and Ladies Mixed Doubles OPEN\, Men’s Doubles OPEN\, Ladies Doubles OPEN ( Combined team rating of 9.0  )\nClub Division: Mens and Ladies Mixed Doubles Club\, Men’s Doubles Club\, Ladies Doubles Club ( Combined team rating of 8.5 )\n\nSeeding committee will determine team rating if unsure.\n  \nTOURNAMENT RULES\n\nPlayer can enter two events. \n Juniors 16 years and up can play in the tournament with an Adult partner provided the Junior is not ranked in the top 30 in the the province.\nOntario Tennis Association- Rules of the Court\nWelland Tennis Club members and non-members can participate in the tournament.\n\n  \n SCORING\n\nBest two out of three sets with ads and a 10 point tiebreak for the 3rd set  if reequired wins the match.\n\n  \nENTRY FEE\n\n\n$35  for one event\, $50 for two events\n\nEntry includes Dinner on Friday\, October 3 at 6 pm\n\n\n\nRegister by emailing your Name\, Phone number\, Email address\, Events you are entering and your partner’s name(s) to treasurer@wellandtennisclub.com\n\n\n\n\nPay your Entry Fee by e-transfer to treasurer@wellandtennisclub.com by the Entry Deadline of September 26\, 6 pm\n\n\n\nENTRY  DEADLINE\n\n\nFriday\, September 25 at 6 pm\n\n\n  \nSPECIAL ACTIVITIES\n\nTurkey Shoot\n\n  \nCLUB DONATIONS:\n\nHope Centre- Food donations of non-perishable goods collected at registration\n\n  \nTournament  Chair: Teresa Butson \nTournament Director: Dave Boland- For more information regarding the Tournament email Dave at davebolandwellandtc@gmail.com \nAssistant Director: Evan Kernaghan \n  \n  \n
